Café Kitchen is a space where diners can engage and connect with each other, as well as with members of the kitchen and service team.


Cooking with heart, Café Kitchen’s chefs are led by what guests prefer and by the stories that inspire the flavors of each dish. Each of our talented, internationally trained and experienced chefs has created a signature item for this new restaurant. Favorites include Chef Kenny Homma’s Singaporean chili lobster, Chef Tony Lee’s king galbi and Chef Scott Robertson’s cedar-smoked salmon. Diners can end every meal in a sweet conclusion with sweets and confections inspired by award-winning Pastry Chef Suharto’s creations.


Café Kitchen’s distinctive and flexible dining style invites guests to begin at the Fresh Counter, which features a healthy variety of locally grown seasonal mixed greens and vegetables, as well as a selection of mixed salads and other cold dishes. The restaurant’s Beverage Bar offers fresh juices, smoothies and other refreshments, while à la minute dishes come from kitchens that showcase an array of different cooking methods. The Steam Kitchen, Grill, Noodle Kitchen and Oven offer fresh, high-quality products and ingredients coupled with masterful flavor profiles created by our talented chefs, all coming together for a truly authentic dining experience.
